Do You Keep Secrets?

I was wondering if you share everything with your oh or you keep things for yourself. For instance, you buy something very expensive and you keep it secretly. I know we shouldn't do this in relationships but I guess it is unavoidable
I’ve learned that keeping things from my partner only results in further mistrust down the line when they eventually find out. So I don‘t keep secrets. I dont go telling them everything but if they ask I‘ll be honest.
There are no secrets between my husband and I. I wouldn't buy anything expensive before talking to him first, we have joint finances, so he would find out pretty quickly anyway!
