Ask a Question
Watched a program other day where 5 young boys ages from 15 to 18 arguing in a shopping precinct and 2 of the lads Got stabbed off the older ones ... they staggered out the side room were the lifts were ... blood oozing n staggering the oldest kid shouted to people help
⁹I'm stabbed help get an ambulance was called n the other boy collapsed were he stood arguing.the youngest of the boys died n all this was because the lad that died looked at one of other gang members ,at least 3 kids die by knife crime a week ...which is awful . They should be banned . Do u agree
I dont know how knives would be banned when we use them for cooking, fishing, camping etc. Something needs to be done about knife crime for sure. They could look at putting a law in place so that you need a permit to carry a knife outdoors for activites but lets be honest the people that carry knives to stab people arent going to care about having a permit.
The thing is.. there is no deterrent!
Where I live, a young lad got stabbed and died, his murderer was taken to court and admitted stabbing him but claimed it was in self defence..
He walked out of court!!
He literally got away with murder!!
What kind of message are these courts giving out by letting them walk free?
The excuses are the prisons are overcrowded..
Well, simple thing to do is stop sending drug addicts to jail for petty theft from multibillion pound supermarkets!
Seems like a block of cheese is more important than a life!!
It's never going to stop until the judges give them real sentencing and not just a 'slap on the wrist' it should be a minimum 5 year sentence if caught with a knife! Not a "naughty boy, don't do it again"
jojowane67 it is getting sooo bad, sadly the police and government have got no control at all. How many more youngsters are going to lose their lives before they admit there is a massive problem xx
LittleLisaMarie agreed it's so scary specially if u got kids growing up n grandkids x
If it’s not knives, it‘s acid attacks. And tbh you can pretty much use anything as a weapon. The issue isn’t the weapons, it’s the users. It is pretty much a culture now - I grew up in an environment where it was already rife, but it now seems to have spread everywhere, and I don’t think how it’s been glamorised by social media and hip hop culture has helped
