Do You Know a Good Eye Shadow

I've brought a few I shadows and with in a hour or so I've had to replay it again. I have blue eyes and were black or Grey eyeshadow . Do you know any good eyeshadows that stays in place and not to dear to buy. 
You need to use an eyeshadow primer or a setting spray. You need a base coat, just like with foundation and professional muas use setting sprays to keep make up in place as long as possible.
Thank you for your help. What kind of primer is it for your eyeshadow. Is it a cream. And we're can I get it.

I love urban decay theyre always highly pigmented and last but obviously they’re not the cheapest. Sleek makeup is pretty good too and at a fraction of the cost x
