Limiting the Choices of What We Buy

In the News

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-51961624

‘Supermarkets and their supply chains are beginning to buckle under the strain of customer behaviour in the face of coronavirus.

Several chains are "drastically cutting" the product ranges in store.’

TBH based on what I’ve seen, it doesn’t matter what is put out - people will buy it all, whether the sausages are fancy looking or not

the only things leftover are weight watcher and diet products, as well as some plant based stuff, which I can only assume tastes awful

Surely by now these people have maxed out their credit card. People who work can't afford to do this including myself

If only. There is currently so much stealing going on as well, and not enough manpower to stop it - saw one guy just casually walk out the shop, and a lady told security, but all he could do was shout at the guy from the door, as he had to man the door in case others followed after. It won’t be long before the looting begins...just no stock to loot just yet

Ann1984 I don’t think any nation looks good atm. The UK has been acting like it’s the US for a while now, and I’d hate to see that happen...although sadly we are mirroring their governmental prospects
