This about covers it, I think. Usually the cheapest retailer for pre-orders is Base, ShopTo and TheGameCollection. Despite so many retailers, these are the three most important ones.

1) Which of them offer free delivery with no minimum order value.
2) What the others charge for delivery, and at what order value does free delivery kick in
