Yes, it's horrid when this happens. I tried to write more but the LD system appears not to like the word bust!

Not surprised. Though I don’t doubt the quality, they are expensive, and us mere mortal, bargain hunter types couldn’t bear spending silly amounts of money for items we are used to only wearing a few times before discarding (we are used to disposable fashion now)

Is that the shoe shop? I'm not entirely sure which brand that is, probably one of the reasons it's gone bust. Not a strong enough brand perhaps?
