London Theatre Show worth Watching?

Which show would you say is the best to watch in London? We would love to do one but they are all so expensive so want to make sure we choose one that's brilliant.
This boils down to a matter of taste but my favourites are Les Miserables and Phantom of the Opera. I did not enjoy Wicked and Jersey Boys was quite good but think it is now finished.
My granddaughter went with school to see something like Hair spray when she was around 15/16 and was bubbling with praise for it. I then took her to see Phantom and asked which she preferred and she said there was absolutely no comparison, Phantom all the way. Later I took her to Les Mis and on the way home she was texting friends to arrange to see it again!
