5 pounds one is easy...1, 2 days, than it will get harder when u collect more and more points...

They do it manually so I'd wait upto a week to ensure the team can process it and have their days off too

If you apply the £5 voucher then you can get within 7 days and £10 voucher within 10 days

I applied for mine a few days ago, received a notification yesterday morning that they would be received by email within 24 hours , no sign of them yet thou and it's over 24 hours

Mine have always arrived very quickly indeed but LD do them manually so bear with them, they are always doing their best for us.

Usually very quick, it is pointless to keep asking, it crops up at least once a week on here, just give it a couple of weeks and use the contact form to ask if it still hasn't arrived.
