If you watch the news or read the newspapers there isn't a day they do focus quite rightly on peoples mental health especially in these uncertain times but I am the eternal optimist and wondered what makes you laugh or smile ? Is there someone who you watch on tv and you are always left in hysterics?
I just watched Borat 2 and that was hysterical.The funniest film I've seen in a long time.
Apparently people laugh on average 500 times a day?!? I'm not sure if that means each heh, but I do try to find something different to laugh at each day
I find that very hard to believe, that's about 20 times per hour, once every three minutes and that includes sleeping hours, so more like 30 times per hour! We would all look like raving idiots. I could believe a smile that often......at a stretch.
Where on earth do people get these figures!?
The return of Taskmaster has been a big boost for me but I can usually find something to laugh at most days. You need to at the moment
Totally with you on this one, really enjoying the new series, Greg Davies makes me laugh whatever he is in. Loved his crumpet story on Taskmaster, that was hilarious and he was being serious.
Staring at my newborn.. cuddling him, buying new outfits for him, putting him in his new outfits... also my dogs..

Gogglebox makes me laugh out loud even when watching alone. Gogglebox kids is even funnier.
Kevin Bridges makes me chuckle.
I also like Ricky Gervais, but he's not everyone's cup of tea.
Most importantly, knowing that my family and friends are happy and healthy.
