What's the male to female ratio at your work? We have 25% females! Today I'm the only girl in and my boss has joked I'll be making the teas today - not any more I won't!! I'd rather go thirsty!
Well in my work place its probably 95% women and 5% male.

Ok interesting, I work in technology so I think it's probably a more make dominated industry.
I work for a transport company as a passenger assistant. All the PAs are women but the drivers are roughly 50/50. Discrimination can work both ways as when we did have a male PA one time who worked with a male driver the parent was quite vocal in her objection to the child being transported by two men.
Whilst being upset for my colleagues i couldn't help feeling that I would not want a little girl of mine alone with two men if she had been in a domestic violence situation with her father.
I get why she wouldn't want her daughter traveling with strangers but in a professional setting don't mind as much about the sex. Very sad to be in that situation with her father.
