All McDonalds Drive Thrus to Reopen by 4th June

In the News

Just seen a message from McDonalds on Facebook stating that all Drive Thru's will be back and open by 4th June with limited opening hours and a limited menu. They will be open from 11am - 10pm and you can spend a maximum of £25 per order - no breakfast wraps or shakes either.

Will you be happy to see the return of the Mac?

Nino786 Yep. Our McDonald's is just off a large A road on a roundabout and it will clog everything up.

I like to know it’s open if I take the notion to go as my son loves the happy meals and milkshakes. But wouldn’t go straight after they open I would leave it a few days so that it’s not just a new novelty

martinrosen all ones with Drive thru's will reopen but not all will open for delivery - says extra 75 will reopen for delivery via Just Eat or Deliveroo - they are announcing which actual branches on 2nd June

Great news as long as you are willing to que for hours in roasting cars only to be told everything you ordered is unavailable

Open 11am to 10pm, a potential 11 hours stuck in a queue.

Nope, doesn't seem necessary or essential at all and I certainly haven't missed McDonald's. Don't think it's worth it and it may be safe for the customers that don't have to leave their cars but not so safe for the employees, as someone that has worked in kitchens and coffee shops you can't stay 2m away from your coworkers.

Why would folks queue for hours for a burger and fries ? Too many folks have too much time on their hands these days . And all that fruit still needs picking - get out to the fields pick some fruit , get a suntan and earn some honest money !
