Are Mens Electirc Shavers really good to use?
I am thinking about buying one instead of using razors.
I hear the Philips Series and Braun Series are really good for removing facial hair.
I now rarely use anything other than an electric razor, in the past I've tried various makes and found Philips are much better than any of the cheapo ones. I never think even the best are quite as good as a wet shave but have compared them to the same as a wet shave about two hours later.
It appears that with electric razors you get what you pay for.
The one I currently use is a Philips 1000 series (rechargeable), it was about £45 at Argos when I bought it about 18months ago - and is still going strong.
Thanks for all the info. I believe you can also get showerproof electric razors. I am thinking of getting Philips series 9000.
zerocenturyzero I do advise you not to buy one because it looks similar to a Philips - the design. but not the quality, has been copied.
