Why Do I Only Get News Stories on Facebook Messenger?
Feedback
I thought signing up for the messenger group would give me deals and glitches but it's just stories from The Sun.
Why don't I get deals?

Hey
Unfortunately Facebook rules mean we can only send deal updates to people who have interacted with our messenger bot in the last 24 hours. We’d love to send more deal updates but Zuckerburg unfortunately says we can’t.
If you’re set on messenger, if you tap the “get deals” button each message you’ll ensure you get the deals rather than the news the next time.
Alternatively please do sign up for ours WhatsApp messages where these restrictions don’t apply and we can send you deals every time
Hi, thank you for your message. On Facebook Messenger we send two types of messages each day: Top deals and money-related news stories.
However, Facebook rules dictate we can only send you the deals message if you press a button every 24 hours.
At the bottom of the list of News stories you will see a button that says “Get deals”. Press that and then you will get the deals message.
The next day you will then receive the deals message, but if you don’t press a button we can then only send you news stories again.
Please note our Facebook Messenger also has a price comparison tool. You can search for a product and it looks for the cheapest price. You can find this in the menu.
Thank you again for your message. If you would prefer to only get the deals message, we also send a WhatsApp which is just deals. You can sign up here: http://ldeals.uk/ld-whatsapp
