Just a few ideas on there for you
My first thought was to freeze it, if you have room. (possibly decant it into smaller suitable containers) You've got Pancake day coming up so it could be used then.
Depends if you're keen on these types cheese but you can make mozzarella, paneer or ricotta.
It's surprising how few people realise milk can be frozen, the plastic containers it usually comes in are perfectly adequate (I've never had any problem with them).
It's also a good way to "fill up" a freezer, the fuller freezers are the more efficient they are and the less power they use.
It usually takes a few days to defrost the larger containers at room temperature, so some in a small container, that can be defrosted more quickly in a microwave is advisable for an emergency.
Had a long conversation about this yesterday but not much room at the minute maybe when we've took bread out davidstockport

You can try to make some ice cream with milk .. you don't need an ice cream maker and it requires minimal ingredients.
Just a random idea if you have a freezer hows about milk lollies, something like these https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/strawberry-milk-pops
Breakfast cereal or muesli, doesn't have to be reserved for first thing in the day, either make a good snack or even a supper.
You can freeze milk quite happily. I do it all the time and it means I never run out of milk. I either decant into empty washed milk containers or the plastic drinking bottles.
Imnotcheap oh dear, but that doesn't mean you can't do it again. I guess you mean freezer draw but hope you didn't mean a glass bottle as I know plastic can crack if frozen and dropped.
Yes it was a plastic 4 pint bottle I no longer have too much and have a cracked freezer draw too. Lynibis
Just keep it in the fridge , surprisingly it lasts at least a week past its use by date if kept cold .
Will have to find something to keep a bit in to do the same I'm getting used to a morning coffee now there's no school run
Now I may sound clueless suggesting this... But why don't you freeze it and use it when you need it?
