so i joined and had issues with them keep taking money out my bank, i contacted them and they said they will sort it but haven't had any luck as of yet. has anyone else had this issue
I had a lot of trouble with this company. They took money out of my account when I cancelled. I won't ever deal with them again, because I had to get my bank to recover it, because they would not give me the money.
Agreed I won't be signing up again.
They sent me a response basically saying they will charge me half price next month if I stay and hope I take their offer up. I said no I'd like to cancel and they responded back saying even tho we support such good causes?
Feel like they are trying to guilt trip me lol

I've now canceled with the bank but they told me to get the money they already took I have to contact them as the bank scant do anything. I canceled soon as I fit my first shirt to that's why I was so confused. Hopefully they sort it soon
I signed up and cancelled after one tshirt and had no issues cancelling and had no more taken from my bank account. Did the same recently about a year later and same again had no issues and they have always replied to my emails pretty quickly (a few days)
