Morning Person or Night Owl?

Ask a Question

Are you more of a morning person or night owl? What time do you get up or what time do you eventually fall asleep?

What is this 'morning' thing that you are talking about?

My head is in the shed until around midday and that's when I start functioning.

I'm normally up at 4-5am, but most of the time, I can get a couple of more hours in.

It's the pills that I'm on that send my sleep pattern wonky.

Morning person definitely. Like going to bed around 10:30 and getting up around 7 although with a kid at home is normally 6am 😅

Night owl. I sleep around 12-1am .. this is actually good .. during lockdown I would normally sleep 3-5am .. I just couldn't fall asleep. I get up around 7:30am if working or weekends will be anytime around 10-1pm.

How about you 🤗

I’m a mixture of both. Sometimes I like staying up late but then sometimes I enjoy getting up early when it’s quiet.

I'm definitely a morning person because I'm used to getting up early for work, I tend to get quite sleepy after 11PM.

As a shift worker I have to be both . My preference would not be to get up at 5am , but that's what has to be done .

I do a rotating shift so its 2pm -10pm on other weeks and there is nothing better than to relax with a recorded drama until 2 am when the rest of the world appears to be dead .

I am definitely a morning person, I love getting up in the morning when it is so peaceful and quiet. I enjoy going to bed early to snuggle under the covers and enjoy the moment.

I go to bed early and get up about 3am. I would like to say that it is just because the weather is so humid but sadly, although the humidity at the moment doesn't help, it is like this all year round! 🐞

Definitely a night owl, always have been... since I’ve been pregnant, I’ve not really had an option in it though as I cant keep my eyes open past midnight and get woken up between half 4 and half 6 most days 🙄
