What movie HAS aged well?
12 monkeys, sci-fi with little need for special effects, plot holds up really well
I really like 12 Monkeys as well 
I think there are lots, such as The Exorcist, Fight Club, Full Metal Jacket, Goodfellas, The Producers (1967), The Shining, Some Like It Hot, etc. Films that rely heavily on CGI are likely to date quite fast. When The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Titanic, etc first came out people were in awe of computer effects, but now they look dated. Although, these particular films have a good story, so people will still enjoy them. While others that overly rely on CGI to cover a weak script are likely to be overlooked in the future.
Dumb and Dumber by today's standards is probably "offensive", "discriminatory" and "racist" but that's what you get. You give people an inch, they take a mile.
The show "Seinfeld" has been bashed for being sexist, homophobic and racist by the youth of today. It's like they don't get the joke (they really don't).
We are so near to all of those things what they show in the movies except the time travelling car
