Mulled Wine or Spiced Cider?

As the nights are drawing in and it's getting colder, I got to thinking about not toddies, I prefer mulled wine as I find spiced cider too harsh...what do you prefer?
Defo mulled wine for me.
We buy the 1l bottles from Aldi because I can't be arsed to make my own (and it would be more expensive)
Definitely mulled wine. I'm the only person in my house who likes it, so I don't bother making it but I buy it from the shops some years.
Neither. I love the idea of sipping a glass of mulled wine on Christmas day. Every year I get given a bottle & I'll hope that this will be the year I like it. It always ends up down the sink.

This is me too! I think I'm more in love with the idea of the glass of Mulled wine but it never hits the spot and it's usually abandoned somewhere to go cold! Personally, I feel that if you're going to mess with your wine make it an authentic Sangria.
sunny101 Phew it's not just me. I really wish I did like it, I love the idea of it too. Guess I will just stick to baileys as my festive tipple treat. 
Both.... usually get a mulled cider at the Christmas markets every year to feel festive, but they dont seem to be doing them anywhere this year 
Mulled wine 
As soon as December starts I have it constantly going in the slow cooker >,<
I don't like mulled wine and haven't tried spiced cider as I'm not keen on sweet cider, but I should give it a go
