What do you think of them? Do you take them? Do they make a noticeable difference? Do you have a favourite brand?
I personally dont take them. I saw a documentary once that showed absolutely no effect of taking multivitamins if you are a healthy individual with a balanced diet. Chances are, you already get all of the vitamins you need from your food and taking extra vitamins will just flush out of your system and dont give any benefit! If you are deficient in something, taking that specific vitamin will help.
Yes, I do take multivitamins. It has an effect. I am less likely to fall ill....it working.....prevent sickness, because it boost the immune system.
I take vitamin C and cod liver oil, but apart from that I get an adequate amount of vitamins and minerals naturally from the foods I eat.
