mySupermarket Closing

I used to use the site to check on food at various supermarkets typically lactofree milk as always tried to get it for a £1 a litre. Shame to see it go.

It's useful, but really annoying that it tries to make you sign up every time you check a price. And I've found it's not been accurate recently.

I’m gutted by the news. I looked up various sites about the news and it seems to be true, with no real alternative to mysupermarket as of yet. It’s going to take ages to check every individual retailer for price comparisons. I’m going to miss the site

Disappointing that this is closing , it was so convenient to compare the prices in different store.

Whoops, posted this same topic earlier as didn’t think was already posted, has now been removed. I for one relied on the site to find cheapest prices, so am devastated. Wonder why ended, as no competitors around. Maybe supermarkets were not happy

What a shame as I always use this site when I am after something specific to price check, let's hope another site replaces it.

I always used it especially for finding the cheapest on particular bottles of spirits which vary so much from each supermarket. Has anyone found an alternative?

I never really got that website, that u put all the stuff in the basket and it shows which supermarket it will be cheaper??? It felt like waste of time....and it always shown Tesco is cheaper but it is not like that.

I would love a website like that where u can order from all supermarkets in one place...that would be the supermarket version of Amazon...

I could never use it anyway. Only 2 supermarkets in Shetland, Tesco and Co-op. And as it didn't compare Co-Op, pretty useless for me
