been having issues trying to sign up for some reason entering a phone number it keeps saying something failed ,anyone else had the issue or know how to fix?

I had an issue when I change addresses as I couldn't remember my password & no longer had the same email address, so I just rang them up they were really helpful.

I had issues a few years back when I lost my card. I'd previously had email hacked so no longer had it dont use much as no local sainsburys so just ebay
