I Need an Add on for Non-Induction Pans

Ask a Question

Does anyone know if there is a gadget/add-on for your average pan so that it can be used on an induction hob? A friend told me, yesterday, that there is something on the market but couldn't give me any details to be able to source it. (I have no idea if it's a stand or a coating) I have a few induction friendly pots and pans but they are on the heavy side. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Johnny thank you so much - I honestly didn't have a clue about what I was supposed to be looking for. This will make all those redundant pans (the ones I haven't already given away 😂 ) usable again. Really appreciate you taking the time.

angemski my pleasure 👍

I think in the end you’ll go for lighter weight induction pans, but maybe it’s worth a try if you've got a favourite pan or two. Good luck 😊

Johnny Problem is I do have quite a few induction pans but I am also vertically challenged so the lifting of them when full is heavy going. (if I was taller the angle of lifting would be better) Thanks again.
