Need Advice (Account Banned From Commenting) Still Being Ignored By The Team

Every email I sent has been ignored posts are being removed when they are fine. I guess different rules for me compared to everyone else.

Lynibis The comic books was £1.49 before so they was not free until the website reduced the three I shared by 100% I share those freebies before this year.

free catalogues are being shared by other users which have not been removed I shared in the same way others have.

There are not different rules for you, I recently got that above! I often get notifications like the ones you list and yes I find it frustrating but I guess rules is rules.

I have had freebies deleted because they are relevant to just one area, but comps and deals are listed which are also only available to a small geographic area. I have had comps deleted because they have a small or no image, so folk can't enter because I assume they cannot read what the prize is.

The one above is a little annoying because it seems it did not pass muster due to it being several comps in one place. I suppose I could have entered them separately and earned 20 more points but thought I was doing LD and members a favour. I am not sure why it is different to the take a break type comps that contain a dozen or so comps but hey ho, I am not going to sweat it.

I can understand why free catalogues are not allowed, anyone can apply and get one, and a freebie is not a freebie if you have to spend money to earn rewards. Ebooks etc are in abundance too so don't warrant earning points.

Just shrug it off and move on. But reading guidelines is advisable.

The problem is, how the heck do you contact them? They rarely answer their Facebook pages, and I try my darnedest to get them to answer emails. I REALLY don't want to make a nuisance of myself when all I need is a bit of help to sort out my problems?

I'm getting the same sort of stuff hunny. I don't know what I've done wrong either, and what is worse, I'm trying to get them to reinstate the report facility as I'm getting frustrated seeing loads of competitions and deals that have ended and not been reported but they claim my reports where incorrect so have stopped me reporting.

Use the contact us form on the website and give them some time. It is the festive season, they are having some time with their families. We all get messages like that every so often. They have never allowed free ebooks because they are just so many of them. You just have to sigh and move on. Nothing you can do, if your deals, freebies or comps don't follow the rules then you have to accept that they will remove them.
