Need to Buy a Baby Gift for a Baby Boy.
Help
I am finding it hard to buy a gift for a baby boy. Girls are much easier. I just don't know what to get him. He is nearly 4 weeks old. And he is small at the moment. He was born 5 weeks early. I've never brought any thing for a boy.

Recently I bought nametapes as a christening gift for a baby. The mother said it was one of the best and useful gifts she received as she could actually use the gift rather than the usual 'things that need dusting'

Hi Nicola, I used to always buy new babies something they could keep forever and increase in value, either a presentation pack of coins for the year of birth, or a yearbook of all that years stamps.

You can go to TK MAXX or online and choose baby boy, it is separate from the girl clothes and u can choose things. If he is very small he needs newborn clothes, but do not forget time past fast. My daughter started in 3 month old clothes, because these things are tiny and the difference is 1cm only, not much.

I have a baby boy who is the same age. Get something that can be used for a while, such as towels, bibs, blankets or items for when he starts weaning or teething. Buy clothes in bigger sizes that he can grow into. You can get photo frames where you put a photo for each month up until they are a year old. Or get a gift voucher, that way they can get something they need.

got 2 nephews: 2 &3 years old, and godmother of three boys.. im away at the moment but what i do is to be updated on their fave toys or fave hobby
i bought a science book for 1(solar system as last time when we are in skype he is literally saying the planets name and some constellations); the other pieces of coloring materials; whew... but for a baby boy.. guess the best is clothes if you know the size
but then still tricky

Thank you for all your help. I got some thing for the baby it was on latestdeals to day. It's a tiger baby grows there 4 or 5 diffrant tigers on the front. I got it the next size up so he can grow in to it.
