I use my wok at least 4 times a week and the best one so far for me has been a brabantia which I picked up at home bargains for £15. Had it for a few years now and it’s still good
Hi heatherduthie that dos sound a very good wok. But I've never heared of the make befor. But thank you ever so much in taking the time to tell me about it
nicolajaynehend it’s a popular brand they make a lot of household items like utensils, bins, canisters.Amazon sell them and a lot of other stores. Dunelm has 20% off some of their woks at the moment if this is any use to you. And the range has a tefal one for £22.99 which is also a good make
heatherduthie thank you so much for you help and time yes I will look at Dunelm and Amazon. And I will let you know if I got one
The most important thing to do after you've bought one is to season it properly.

You will find yourself using it for recipes other than stir fry so I would suggest getting one with a lid. I have a lovely stoneware type non stick one that was originally £45 but got it for half price in a Sainsbury's sale.
I bought one 5 years ago and still haven't used it so thanks for reminding me I actually have one in the cupboard!
I bought one in Asda about a year ago for £10 and it works well and is a good size! Can’t say we have used it that much though as I’m not a huge fan of stir fry..
That's a shame Sarah, I have made loads during lockdown, so quick, easy and tasty. I chuck finely sliced chicken, chopped onion and peppers in the wok, add mushrooms, and anything else I fancy then add fresh noodles and finally a sweet chilli and garlic sauce, or any you like. Sometimes use prawns instead of chicken and add before the noodles. For more of a chow mein I sometimes add bean sprouts.
