Hey I've just released a new version of the app - version 6.0.5 - to the Google Play store. Hopefully the update is available for you soon and fixes this bug
I just updated the app and I like the look of it but I'm not sure if it's just just me but it's taken a while to load and when it comes on it says I'm signed out anyone else having this issue
Leannexxx ld team has removed my post about the app being all too big and squashed. I did try to reply to you, but it signed me out of the app again thank you
I have just updated after seeing this, i did have to log in again but so far it seems to be working ok
I had to log in but not having any issues as of yet. But not long logged in so we will see.

Thank you for the feedback on the app and sorry for anyone having issues.
An updated version of the app is waiting for Apple and Google to review it and and will hopefully be live tomorrow with some bug fixes.
A good thing to try in the interim is pressing "Logout" and logging back in.
We'll try and get any bugs fixed first and will then hoover up everyone's feedback about any visual tweaks, etc we might make
My sister been having big issues trying to log in. She tried to reset her password with the link, but she ends up with it saying page could not be found.
Iβve had exactly the same problem. I tried all day yesterday to login and I asked to change my password 4 times. The update was ok on my laptop but not on my iPhone. Just managed to login.

Hi. Having the same problem and just getting Unmatched Route as well!! I've updated the new app but still got the same problems

I'm investigating the "Unmatched Route" issue at the moment.
It appears to be an Android-specific bug.
I'll hopefully have a resolution shortly.

Android here. Updated app and have reset password on PC but still cannot log in on app
CliffMidghall Getting "Something went wrong" message even though the password is correct.
P.s., Also getting the "Unmatched Route" message you are investigating when I tried to reset on my phone rather than PC
CliffMidghall Hey Sorry about this - could you let me know how you're trying to login?
Is it with an email address and password?
Or are you using one of the social login options (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook?)

Kelsey I'm was trying to log in via my email and password (which had earlier been reset on the PC)
Deleted app this morning and reset password. Working now, but I missed my points / broken streak yesterday
Iβm keep signing out Kelsey plz check also after checking one deal page goes back to first deal also now I have to check each deals for liking used to like at once,to be honest old vision App was good for checking own deals other then no complain will manage No worries many thanks After writing comment again keksey

Are you getting signed out after doing any particular action?
E.g.
- After liking something?
- After rating deals?
- After commenting?
- After sharing a deal?
Or does it seem random? Thanks!
I'm afraid I haven't fully understood the other issues you've highlighted - if you could please try explaining again and using any screenshots to help that would be great, thanks!
And sorry for the issues Hopefully we'll get most of these things fixed quickly.
Kelsey Thanks Kelsey now Iβm using website after writing comment didnβt rate yet other issues for example if I want to check my deal like 2 weeks old after scrolling down as soon I checked page goes back to first deal old vision was very good for checking own deals also have bad eye sight I miss that old vision deals used to like no worries will manage just fix signing out issue plz many thanks sorry Edit 1.58 now I checked few stores deals again sign out fixed I deleted app downloaded again thanks a lot for helping us
Since the App update, I get "Page Not Found" when I click through the deal button to go to the vendor? Using Android phone
Iβm on the new app and i did rate the deals and all of the ones I thumbed down have actually been saved to my liked part of my profile.

I have updated the App through Google Llay and everything seems to be working okay
I like the update but have to say mine does seem a bit laggy/slow now, anyone else have the same problem?
