Hey πŸ™‚ I've just released a new version of the app - version 6.0.5 - to the Google Play store. Hopefully the update is available for you soon and fixes this bug 🀞

I just updated the app and I like the look of it but I'm not sure if it's just just me but it's taken a while to load and when it comes on it says I'm signed out anyone else having this issue

Could you please tap "Report a bug" in the App's menu and send in an email to us?

That should hopefully include automatically in the email details of your app that'll help us track down the issue and get it fixed ASAP!

Leannexxx updated mine and it seems fine atm, no issues my end as of yet. Looks like a decent update as well new layout etc

jms19 issue with mine is it's taking ages to load I'm having to reboot a good few times had to use website page to rate

Hey everyone πŸ™‚

Thank you for the feedback on the app and sorry for anyone having issues.

An updated version of the app is waiting for Apple and Google to review it and and will hopefully be live tomorrow with some bug fixes.

A good thing to try in the interim is pressing "Logout" and logging back in.

We'll try and get any bugs fixed first and will then hoover up everyone's feedback about any visual tweaks, etc we might make πŸ‘

My sister been having big issues trying to log in. She tried to reset her password with the link, but she ends up with it saying page could not be found.

I’ve had exactly the same problem. I tried all day yesterday to login and I asked to change my password 4 times. The update was ok on my laptop but not on my iPhone. Just managed to login.

I'm investigating the "Unmatched Route" issue at the moment.

It appears to be an Android-specific bug.

I'll hopefully have a resolution shortly.

CliffMidghall Getting "Something went wrong" message even though the password is correct.

P.s., Also getting the "Unmatched Route" message you are investigating when I tried to reset on my phone rather than PC

Is it with an email address and password?

Or are you using one of the social login options (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook?)

Kelsey I'm was trying to log in via my email and password (which had earlier been reset on the PC)

Deleted app this morning and reset password. Working now, but I missed my points / broken streak yesterday πŸ˜₯

I’m keep signing out Kelsey plz check also after checking one deal page goes back to first deal also now I have to check each deals for liking used to like at once,to be honest old vision App was good for checking own deals other then no complain will manage No worries many thanks 😊 After writing comment again Image keksey πŸ™πŸ»

Are you getting signed out after doing any particular action?

E.g.

- After liking something?

- After rating deals?

- After commenting?

- After sharing a deal?

Or does it seem random? Thanks!

I'm afraid I haven't fully understood the other issues you've highlighted - if you could please try explaining again and using any screenshots to help that would be great, thanks!

And sorry for the issues πŸ™‚ Hopefully we'll get most of these things fixed quickly.

Kelsey Thanks Kelsey now I’m using website after writing comment didn’t rate yet other issues for example if I want to check my deal like 2 weeks old after scrolling down as soon I checked page goes back to first deal old vision was very good for checking own deals also have bad eye sight I miss that old vision deals used to like Image no worries will manage just fix signing out issue plz many thanks sorry πŸ™πŸ» Edit 1.58 now I checked few stores deals again sign out 😁 fixed I deleted app downloaded again Image thanks a lot for helping us πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»

I’m on the new app and i did rate the deals and all of the ones I thumbed down have actually been saved to my liked part of my profile.

Kelsey so for me it seems that the deals i rate down are being saved into my liked sections, then the deals i rate up are not being saved
