Hey I've just released a new version of the app - version 6.0.8 - to the Google Play store. Hopefully the update is available for you soon and fixes all reported bugs
I just updated the app and I like the look of it but I'm not sure if it's just just me but it's taken a while to load and when it comes on it says I'm signed out anyone else having this issue
Seems to be okay now
Logged in and out and itβs working fine now fingers crossed

I seem to have to keep on re logging in every time. Never used to have to. Surely once in a while is fine?
My step father who is quite ill can't get back into his account since the update ..I tried to help as I usually do ..but it won't let him in ..when he tries to use the link to put in a new password it says the link is not working !! ...he was about to get Β£35 ! ...so it's really upsetting him .
DazLee67 Hi please can you try and update it to the latest update on Google Play which I believe is now version 6.0.5 if that is your version, that is the latest and most peoples issues have been solved with this one. If you update to this version and still have issues, please submit a bug report which will get looked at thank you and sorry for your issues
My app updated yesterday, and it's now saying that I have no points this month, even though I've been consistent with claiming daily points.

Please make sure you're logged into your original account, using the same email address you signed up with originally or the same "social" login option (e.g. if you joined with Facebook originally, please use Facebook again, rather than Google or Apple).
Rest assured that your points will be safe but you just need to make sure you're in the correct account.

Strange or weird, I keep getting notifications from ld, but when I check nothing, there this has been happening since the updates
Well I'm android phone and the only choice have on play store is the 4.7 version so it looks like I'm stuck with the squashed up version . 3 downloads is enough
Emmabeckz, I have tried that and am still the same. I am going to if I have enough points for an amazon voucher and close my ld account when and if my points come back on
Is there an update on when the latest version of the app for iOS. I cannot stay logged in on my iPhone at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble staying logged in.
Apple is frustratingly taking a lot longer to approve app updates to go live than Google at the moment.
In the meantime, if you can answer any of these questions it would be a great help:
- Have you tried pressing "Log out" (when you're logged in) in the menu and logging back in?
- Is there any particular action/event that's causing you to get logged out? e.g. after commenting? After closing the app and re-opening it?
Any extra information you have will help us get to the bottom of it ASAP. Really appreciate your help and patience. Thanks!
Kelsey Thanks for the reply Kelsey. I got my son to help me and he told me I had to wait until Apple updates the app. It seems to be working now after midnight. I spoke too soon, it's not working on my iPhone. I've tried again and posted comments on the chat page, I hope it will keep working.
I have had no problems. I am not boasting - but I am crossing my fingers that i havenβt spoken too soon !!
Big shout out to the LD team for all the work they are having to do to sort this !
suevernon1968 ok - serves me right. Seems to log me out if I donβt use the app for a certain amount of time. .

Could you please let me know if you're using an Apple or Android device?
Does it log you out immediately when you re-open the app after a period of time? If so, does it do it every time? And how long before you re-open the app?
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it and apologies for the trouble caused!
Kelsey Iβm using an iPhone. I will find some deals and upload them then let you know what happened. If there are any changes I will screenshot them for you.
Kelsey i have shared 6 deals then got told Iβm a sharing machine and cannot share any more today. I will attach a copy of the screenshot. When sharing the deals the app no longer puts the sale price in like it used to. Got a couple more things to do then I wonβt touch it until the morning.
suevernon1968 hi thatβs right you can share 6 deals a day. It also will only come up with the price on certain retailers as well. Please let us know if you have anymore issues after updating your app to the latest version. Thank you

I've had trouble all day . My screen freezes, and I can't do anything . I try and upload a deal, unsuccessful. I try and rate or comment on deals, unsuccessful. I tap on, and it's frozen. I have used my laptop online, and that doesn't have a problem. It's the new app!!!
sid007 Just to add - I released a new version for Android late last night. I'm hoping that fixes at least some of your problems. Please let me know how you get on and if there are any bugs still present. If so, the more detail you can provide the more helpful it is! I'm sorry for any inconvenience - we're working as hard as we can to resolve outstanding bugs!
NanaP Ok so please can you update via the App store to the latest iOS version, if that still does not work, please can you use the non-app version of Latest Deals by using your usual LD username and password. The Apple version is taking longer to update I am sorry. Thank you
Kelsey I updated the app last night. Checked it earlier this morning and was having a few issues. I gave it time before reporting.
The issues I was having were:
I couldn't filter from the top righthand corner
I couldn't rate deals or share
I have tried them all again, and all seems to be running smoothly now. Thanks
Having horrendous problems still struggling to sign in every time I try to use the app I must have 40 password by now, tearing my hair out really stressed me out all weekend canβt claim bonus points and it still no better if thatβs best you can do change your job because the app not a improvement itβs awful and soon as Iβve got my next voucher Iβm out of here I really donβt need this stress got enough problems without this load of rubbish

- Are you able to log in at all? Or are you logging in and then being logged out?
- Are you using Android or an iPhone?
- Have you tried visiting the Google Play or App Store and updating the app?

Apple just approved our update 10 minutes ago. It should appear as an available update very shortly. It may update automatically overnight or you can usually go into the "App Store" app and manually update it.
I hope it helps with the problems you're having but if you're able to answer the question above:
"Are you able to log in at all? Or are you logging in and then being logged out?"
It'll help me narrow down the problem
I'm not using the app but I'm having problems too. I can't click on a notification to view if someone has responded to my comment. Plus when trying to rate the deals it doesn't count down from 25 automatically I have to keep refreshing the page so sometimes I don't get any points.

If this is via the website, could you please try clearing your cache & cookies (which should log you out) and closing any tabs/windows with Latest Deals open?
Hopefully when you reload the website you'll be on the latest version and when you log back in the problems will be resolved. If not, please use the contact form to send us a bug report (it'll include details of your web browser so we can hopefully recreate the issue and fix it). Thanks!
I'm also.having loads of issues. I'm having to log in all the time but the sites saying my password is wrong. When I go to comment on a deal the site won't allow me to send either. The txt has also got larger and the site won't allow me to click on offers
