Just saw that Grainger Games updated its website UI. It actually looks a lot nicer and more visually appealing than it did before, also seems to work relatively faster, too.
The free delivery is still there but I guess they still take 3-5 days to dispatch it like they used to and new games are sent as "new."

Yeah, they remove the factory seal from cases which they then use on shelves and store the discs in plastic sleeves. Now, as to how the 'new'-ness of it arrives, that entirely depends on how grubby it was.
