New Years's Resolutions for 2019

So does anyone have any new year's resolutions for 2019?
For me, I would like to watch my figure a bit more so I am hoping to do more walking (which I enjoy doing anyway) and other exercises which I plan on doing daily. So I'd better not get myself tempted so much when seeing all these chocolate deals and freebies.
Not very easy at all is it? I have tried a few times in the past but failed each time. Hopefully I will finally succeed this time. I need to keep an eye on those pesky calories. They are those little creatures that have made my clothes shrink.
Hi regularcomper90 I've just lost just over a stone in Wight. I eat a lot of fruit and veg. I've got three things in my kitchen that is very use full. And that is a streamer , slow cooker and a air fryer. The air fryer you can cook chips with out oil or home made chips is just a very very tiny bit of oil. I all so do meals for the freezer. And I make my own cakes, bun, and pies. This what I've been doing to lose Wight and it's work for me. And snack I eat nuts, or fruit and nuts. Hope this has helped you and good luck with your wight lose you can do it. Oh for got i make all my own soups has well. And my own soda bread to go with the soup.
I am not waiting for 2019 I am starting now. I know we are all different but make a start and don't wait
I would like to start now, but I don't think it would be very realistic as we have loads of Christmas cake, biscuits and chocolates left over from Christmas. But as soon as they're all gone I will be starting. And thank you for the pic.
RegularComper90 ahhh yes those cakes,biscuits and chocolate.I love them too and enjoy them for now. Ensure that you make 2019 different from previous years because anybody can achieve anything they want if they want it really bad. There is a price and cost to pay and that involves persistent work towards your desired goal. Find new friends that will drag you out of your comfort zone I have a lot of those friends.
Opportunist17 Yes, if you have the willpower and have realistic expectations then you can achieve just about anything.

Try and deal with my anxiety and focus on living in the moment, not just on social media. I hope I stick to my word!
I am not making any resolutions this year. I need to lose my baby weight but I am not focusing on it at the moment. I would like to save more money and spend less but I say that every year!
Not sure that I am making any this year. I guess my mantra is always " Do unto others, what you would have done to yourself". It's my general rule in life. Sometimes, others can take advantage, but really every lesson learnt is a step forward. So you just have to let go of any negativity and surround yourself with positive people and actions. So my NY resolution, in a way, is just that.
