It seems lots of stores (and chain restaurants - read about Byron recently) are under pressure at the moment. Yet I keep hearing about new shopping expansions and retail parks! The two ideas seem quite at odds with each other so will be interesting to see how it pans out. Hopefully we don't end up with loads of ghost towns with empty shops!
