Surely that also means that ethnic minorities only have 1 in 10 white friends. Why is it always seen as the whites in the wrong. I would imagine that many Asian families do not like the low morals of westerners and would therefore prefer to keep apart.

It is time that human beings as a whole recognised that we are tribal animals and our instinct is always to lean towards our 'own kind' to protect and keep our customs and way of life. Racism is alive and well in every race toward every other race and it does not take a psychologist to work that out. There will come a day when we are all citizens of the world, not a country, and all races merged, hopefully we can then live together as friends. Don't forget most people have friends with the same likes and dislikes, those from different cultures would not fit that bill.
