No Royal Mail Parcel for a Week Now
Ask a Question
What's going on with Royal Mail? I've been hoping to receive some letters I'm expecting, but nothing.
Even the usual Royal Mail postman hasn't shown.
For a week then your lucky I've had no post in over a month I'm having to the sorting office to pick whatever up is there something from beginning of November
We are getting our post as normal, I suppose it may depend on the area on how many staff have Covid or are self isolating due to it. Hopefully you will receive your post soon.
The postman told me they were having staff shortages which is weird because it's Royal Mail. U.K.'s number one courier service!
Even Hermes delivers their parcels despite how scummy they are sometimes.
It could be due to Royal Mail not taking on any additional staff to cover staff absences. I think all Hermes delivery people are self employed so they don't get paid if they are off sick, although I might be wrong PhilipMarc
We’ve had some delays here with Royal Mail and parcels. However my LFT tests I ordered were delivered very quickly so that’s good.
It is a good way to get your post, they normally bring the rest when they deliver your tests.
I wonder if different areas are facing staff shortages. I haven’t noticed any delays with my post.
They (Royal Mail) are well short of "post people" due to a lack of staff . Partially due to understaffing and exacerbated by covid issues . Didn't we all know that ? Not an excuse for them -but it is surely the world we live in ?
That's not the customers fault, it's Royal Mail and they need to get it under control because it's unacceptable for customers to not be receiving their mail. Guilt tripping isn't gonna work, buddy.
Furthermore, God knows if an individual has been sent an urgent letter with a matter that needs to be resolved asap, but can't because Royal Mail hasn't delivered.
I don't know if I can trust Royal Mail that much anymore because of this incompetence.
