Nokia are re-launching the 3310 For £59

Other

Nokia will re-launch the 3310, perhaps the best-loved and most resilient phone in history.

The memories of playing snake non-stop, battery lasting for days, spending two hours trying to get the knight rider ringtone and using the house phone to get the latest must-have logo sent through without the family finding out.

Who's excited?

Nokia's trying to attract the hipster and Apple fanbase into buying a "retro" phone. I remember having this phone but no, I'd never go back when considering there are £14.99 Android phones like this one. However, for people with disabilities or limited visibility, something more simplistic can be ideal as they can rely on their fingers to read (Braille).

Then again, smartphones are completely up to the task of satisfying the needs of blind or visually limited users. I have a cousin (whom I very much disregard him as "family") who can barely see jack and yet he refuses to wear glasses at all costs, I and others have given up on trying because besides being stubborn he's also hostile. The less I see and hear from him, the better.

I think this phone is perfect for people who can not adapt fast to new technology, also for people who work in messy environment and do not forget the ones who wants the battery work longer than 1-2 days. Perfect for adventures!

Nobody liked the original Nokias though so why does everybody want these ones? The best thing about them was the snake game.

Rockman They should not advertise that they re-launch the old mobile, if it is totally different. This is misleading. It is not a Nokia....
