Nose Piercing in Late 30's?

Ask a Question

What do you think about getting done a nose piercing in your latest 30s? My parents never let me when I was a teenager and I always wanted. I feel a little old for it specially after being a mum 🤔

I mean, there's no age limit, so if you really want one,why not?.

Or he might grab hold of it and do some damage.

Ann1984 that is a good point actually, didn't think of it. Actually I don't wear earrings anymore because of that

I think any "mum" is being totally irresposible having any piercing or tattoo, don't they realise that if their child (or anyone else) needs a blood transfusion, for quite some time after they can't be a donor. It used to be for twelve months but I think with modern testing the time might have been reduced.

Just checked it is now four months.https://my.blood.co.uk/KnowledgeBase/index/tattoo

Oh dear ! Why would you want to disfigure your face ? Are your mates doing it and you feel bound to follow , maybe an "influencer " on social media ? Sorry tattoos , piercings etc I just don't get it - and in no way do they make folks look more attractive - Just the opposite !

I agree, I hate all this body piercing and tattoos, some of it is soooo extreme and I just think about people getting older, tattoos might look nice to some when they are young but what about getting older, your skin changes and your body changes, once you make holes in your body you are scarred for life, you can't get a tub of poly filler and fill the holes 😂 🤣 x

Go for it! If you want it, try it. If you change your mind it can close back up. But give it a go if you want it 🙂

When I was a teenager I wanted one but my boss at the time wasn't keen - it wouldn't have been good in my job. Now? I'm sooooo glad I didn't and thank my lucky stars that I listened to the voice of reason.

Just imagine when you sneeze or blow your nose - that hole is always gong to be there and 'stuff' could come out of the hole! Yuck!🐞

Why not? You are never too old! We shouldn’t have regrets - go for it and see if you like it. If not, it will heal.

I had my nose done when I was 30, when my husband and I met a few years later he didn’t like it so I took it out. It’s now healed and can’t see where it was!

I think you should get one as soon as your little one stops grabbing. Regret is as terrible thing and youll never be as young as you are now

Go for it, it's your life and your body. If it is something you have always wanted to get done then go ahead

My mum would never allow me to have my nose pierced then my husband didn’t want me getting it done, fair enough he has to look at me. But I do have many piercings in my ears.

If you want one, then go for it, especially if you have wanted it for a long time. I wanted tattoos when I was younger but waited to see if I really wanted them, and in the end I obviously never wanted them enough to get one. But if you’ve wanted them since your teens, then it’s probably something you still really want

If it’s something you’ve wanted just do it now. You never know what tomorrow will bring.
