Nosebleeds

My son suffers really bad from nosebleeds , he had 4 this week we have been to the Dr alot and all they do is give him cream. Has anyone got any tips or tricks that might help him? They are worse if he has been running around and has got to hot.
Kids mostly get nosebleeds mainly from dry air or from scratching. The doctor would have looked for a bacterial infection. I don't think there is much you can do really as the doctor should give you the best advice. Maybe for a period of time stop doing the things that trigger them so the nose can heal.
Yes completely fine they think it might be that the skin over the blood vessels is thin or that he has a enlarged blood vessel.
