Nutella vs Peanut Butter?

What's everybody's preference? Personally, I hate peanut butter! I love Nutella on absolutely everything lol!

I love both, I would quite happily eat a peanut butter and nutella on toast. I think peanut butter is nite versatile though love cooking with it.

I love both 💕 Surely if you buy peanut butter made with 100% peanuts then is much better for you but if I didn’t think about health (and weight 😂) I would choose Nutella every single day ☺️

This interested me so I checked. Every peanut butter i looked at had between 46gms and 55gms of FAT per 100gms. The nutella had between 25 and 31gms per 100. Maybe sugar content is more but lost interest by then!

Lynibis yes peanuts in general content a lot of fat but our body needs the good fat in readable amount so as long as you buy the 100% peanuts with no added oils or sugar and eat in smaller amounts then is good for you. Nutella unfortunately have a high sugar content 🙈
