O2 Priortiy Biscuiteers

Hi

did anyone receive there order for the o2 priortiy biscuits.

i contacted them and almost a week later, they replied,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, we are unable to track O2 Priory biscuits as they were sent via Royal Mail second class delivery service.

As stated in the terms and conditions set out by O2, Biscuiteers are not responsible for any loss or damage of O2 Priority biscuits.

I apologise that we could not be of more help on this occasion.

I am extremely angers at the company. They are probably doing this on purpose and only do o2 but then say that there is nothing To do. I have contacted o2 so will see what they have to say. However, it did say, coming by the 23rd May but it is now a week after the 23rd May.
