Office Dogs

I have a phobia of large dogs, someone once brought in a Great Dane puppy, who wasn't very well trained, in fact he had been kicked out of doggy day care.It was terrifying to see this large dog running towards you in the corridor. So, unless the dog is well trained, I don't think it's fair to your colleagues.

I think this is a good idea, but I agree, only if they are well trained. It encourages you to go for a walk during lunch time and gives you that extra bit of exercise, where otherwise you would have just stayed in. On the other hand, who's turn would it be when it's raining?!!

I don't think I'd get away with introducing my 2 into a kitchen.

No customer wants or needs a side of slobber with their salad.

Dogs are great. A neighbour worked for the navy and took his dog in the office,

I was surprised they let him.

I like seeing dogs in shops. Local businesses.

I wouldn't have liked that as I was bitten by a dog when I was young (yes, they had dogs long ago!) and the other question no-one has asked is : Who gets the job (!) of picking up the poop? Great for the bosses. The dog doesn't get lonely and the bosses don't have to look after those nasty jobs (Sorry).

We used to have an office dog and it was brilliant until we bought some venison treats and the whole office suffered .

I always dreamt of being able to take our dog to work .... they were always clean and well trained/behaved ...but never permitted.

I wish we did, but no, there’s too many people in the office, with some not being a fan of dogs I’m afraid
