How Often Do You Clean behind You Fridge Freezer

How often do you move your fridge freezer and clean behind it? I know some who do it yearly, some when they get new ones or move and others monthly
At 63 and living alone I have to say not very often.Last time was two years ago when workmen came to do some other work.Dread to think whats lurking behind lol.What about you?
MelissaLee1 its been a whike. We got a new one so cleaned it then. It was grim to be honest
Jerseydrew untold things fallen down the back and a sticky greasy floor.The vents at the back were very dusty.
MelissaLee1 our vents were fine it was the wall and under it that was full of dust and untold stuff
I'm trying to do it more regularly nowadays, probably monthly, my fridge freezer is a hefty lump to drag about but, having a large kitchen, a tiled floor, dogs that moult and are always charging about playing, dog hairs tend to drift underneath without you realising, and I'm trying my best to be more alert, I never have enough dog hairs to block any vents and restrict air flow or anything like that, but with numerous kitchen appliances being in the news over the years, that have caught fire, it's always in the back of my mind!
JoTarpley fair play to you f9r doing it more regularly then I do. Its a job I hate doing to be honest
Jerseydrew I wouldn't say I hate it, it's just a pain to do, the thing I really hate above and beyond anything is ironing, so that doesn't exist, I've got a hand steamer if I need it, although I'm not sure I've used that to be honest 
but I am extremely careful about the type of material I buy, and of course in the winter, the heated clothes dryers I have, both get the creases out as the clothes dry, so I'm happy! 
You can buy some gliders to put under the feet of heavy appliances on Amazon if you need to move the fridge freezer etc , there's various ones different shapes, some discs, here is just one rectangular, if too high the circular are flatter

Honestly, not sure how I would manage to move it. That's multi person job. I would like to, but I can't manage it. It was last cleaned before it was installed by workmen when my kitchen was redone. I have been thinking of doing it after I found my dishwasher had been leaking the other week and I had to replace plinths of the kitchen units due to be soaked, mouldy and warped.

We have one of those big American style fridge freezers, it's on the back wall, so Its done pretty often, she's always saying move fridge so I can get behind it lol
Never because I can't get it out the flooring in my flat are so messed up I would have to pick it up and move it
I have an upright fridge/freezer and can honestly say only about twice a year it get's pulled out to clean behind it. I do pop a swiffer regularly underneath though.
It's far too heavy to be moving it around monthly for a clean. I wish I could do it all the time but I'd end up ruining it or the floor. When I had the new one fitted I was amazed that it actually wasn't that bad behind it. Yes there were some cobwebs and dust but nothing that made me think it should be constantly done.

Mine is freestanding against a wall with nothing either side so is quite easy to push right or left or forward, but even so I often forget to clean behind. A fridge engineer told me I should use a hoover nozzle to get the dust that gathers on the tubes/grid, whatever it is called, behind it so I do that every so often.
Unfortunately very rarely. It is a very large American fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser and the cat flap door so very hard to move. It is kind of built in so I only clean underneath and some of the top. When we were thinking of moving we were going to leave it behind. I imagine there is some dust behind but not a lot I can do about that.
