How Often Do You Get Poor Holiday Internet ?

I am away from home at the moment , paid for internet and it is terrible
Its not the first time this has happened
Has anyone else experienced this ?
Most places I have been to my mobile network supplier is way better than a fixed line internet at hotels etc. Having unlimited data and able to tether I don't bother paying for it now
telmel I'm also away from home and internet is crap, a good signal is 2 bars or 3 if lucky and hang over balcony. It's free in lobby at but supposed to be paid for in rooms fortunately they didn't ask us for payment 
Phone signal is just as poor. Enjoy wherever you are 
Yes its whats happening here L, one or 2 bars in the room after paying, or free in the lounge , makes me angry

telmel Yep it's been a long wait to do what we retired end 2019 to do. I understand your concerns, you can tell when you get back. It would be funny if we'd been in same place.
I am holiday at the moment and the Internet is pretty bad. I am in the middle of a field in the country so I expected it to be bad.
