Any One Got This Bug That's Going Around

Hi all just wondering has any one had this bug. I've had it now for 5 days. It's all full. It knocks me for six. It's left me feeling very weak and tied. If you had this bug how are you now. And what did you do to get well again. All so there is the flu going around has well. 
Weird, I felt drained on Monday, even falling asleep in my chair, which I never do.
It doesn't seem to have developed into anything more though, thankfully.
Hi blacklabrador that's how I started then it just snowball from there. You were very lucky not to get it.
YES and you have to be careful as this one is a nasty one and resistant to some antibiotics now. The advice is to wrap up, keep warm and keep the liquids in you, and try not to go out at all.
I had it over Chriatmas, as did my husband, son and parents. We all just rested, drank loads and didn't eat for a bit. Keep warm and sleep loads, that's what helped us. I was lucky that it only lasted 24 hours, my husband had it for 4 days, our son for 10. Hope you feel better soon.
We've all been fine, but my son has come home early from college today complaining of aching all over & feeling tired. Hes not gone to music practice tonight so I know hes not feeling good at all. So I'm worried it's now in our house.
