Online Survey for Money
Ask a Question
I've started to do online surveys for a bit of extra cash. However, I'm finding that they are not interested in me. As soon as I enter my age and location etc they say "Thank you. Unfortunately, you don't qualify for this survey". I'm using curious cat. Is this quite common? Can you recommend others that don't do this? Also, I've been asked some very personal details. ie My postcode and then, how many kids do I have and their date of birth etc. Do you not worry about giving out this information. Is this safe?
This has come up before in the chat - have a look at this previous thread. Perhaps it will help you make your mind up. I like Mingle and Pinecone but I know others rave about panelbase and a few others.
I tried few surveys websites before but I gave up as most of them let me participate, took 10-15 minutes of my time (let alone they often super boring) and all of the sudden stated “sorry we looking for slightly different profile” and I got fed up with it in the end. The only site I would really recommend is Pollpass as is in a form of chatting and you can use a spare minute or two whenever you have the time. Won’t earn you to much though
I have found the same using Curious Cat but have had much better experiences with Swagbucks, Valued Opinions and others
I use curious cat and have been for quite a while. They used to be really good and I quickly earned quite a bit of money (not life changing amounts but a little extra!) but lately they don’t seem quite as good.
My favourite at the moment is zap surveys. I’m earning $25 roughly £20 in about 10 days. They pay out quickly into paypal. Might be worth seeing how you get on with them.
