A company is looking for an official biscuit tester, and for 40 hours a week they’ll pay you a tidy £40,000 a year. Company Border Biscuits have created the new role of ‘master biscuiteer’, and say they’re looking for someone who knows what it takes to make ‘an exceptional biscuit’.
Along with being paid to eat biscuits, the newcomer will enjoy 35 days holiday, discounts with thousands of brands and some tidy bonuses on top.
. It goes without saying the person hired will get to taste Border’s full range of sweet treats, but the lucky applicant will get to make their baking dreams come to life as they help create brand new biscuits.
Paul Parkins, Managing Director of Border Biscuits, said: "This is an incredible opportunity for someone to fulfil their dream of creating delicious treats every day and of course, be paid for it! "The successful candidate will be crowned our Master Biscuitier and lead our passionate team in creating delicious ideas for new biscuit creations.
"We're encouraging people from across the country to apply and look forward to interviewing some great talent."
Sadly you can’t just walk into a job eating biscuits for a living, and you’ll need a few qualifications under you belt to bag the role. what you think about this news

I checked the job description and u need to understand food chemistry etc, so u need to have a degree in the field and than 40.000 is not even much.
Jasmine111 It is not your fault...the article make the job desirable...and people will think it is easy, but I opened the link and it lists exactly what u need to do....Not just tasting them...wish it was real...most of us would love this job

The first thing I'd want to know is if the appointment came with premium dental cover, a year's free membership at the gym and a yearly weight watchers subscription.
