Does anyone else here suffer from panic attacks? If so how do you deal/cope with them?
Do you have any techniques to help?
In my case it turned out the reason was too much caffeine so now I limit myself to 2 cups maximum. I hope you can find a simple solution too good luck.
I'm not suggesting that caffeine is the problem for everyone it just was for me
I used to suffer with them really bad but not so much anymore, I feel like different breathing and counting techniques helped me but everyone copes differently!
I found having something in my pocket that I can play with helped me to have something to focus on other than what‘s causing the panic attack at the time. Something like a tangle toy or fidget spinner works, but something like a pen I can repeatedly take the lid off of and put it back on again or a notebook I can flick through the pages of can also help me.
