Wonderworld soft play in Glasgow is great, there are loads of museums too. All easily accessible on the subway or local trains. Depending on when you are going there is a fairground next to the St Enoch Centre.

Riverside Transport Museum is Free and has a Star Wars exhibition on at moment and it has a full size ship you can pay extra to go on.
Kelvin Hall Museum is Free,have dinosaur etc.
Science Centre is good,is not free though but it has a cinema attached and right next to great views of the Clyde & BBC Studios.
