SonsOfPitches It was the same with Easter but one thing I appreciate is not having to fast. Have you been doing that?

Dennab the body adjusts. First few days were difficult but then you get into a routine. I'm still working. The body gets used to the lack of food and water and right now with few days left the fasting isn't difficult.

SonsOfPitches Oh right! It's always fascinating to learn about. I know someone who is presenting on radio while fasting and you wouldn't know it from hearing them.

Glitterandgold One thing I would say about that is selling on eBay will surely increase your visits to the local post office, an enclosed space which is worse than sitting in someone's garden. I sold a large item I need to drop off at someone's house but not allowed to do that apparently, even with the slightly relaxed rules. It all seems a bit backward to me. Do you see what I mean?

Dennab I rarely use the post office to send my items. Unless it's just a large Letter. Hermes is cheaper to send items tracked & Iv had less issues with them in the past than the PO. Also it's currently no more expensive to have Hermes collect direct from me. So as long as I listed all the items to end the same day, they could be collected/sent all at once. I believe some Hermes collection points are now also using lockers but Iv not looked into that closely enough yet. Although at the mo I'm just 'thinking' (me thinking aloud & doing are very different things )selling a couple personal items, I have a very small business venture & my ebay sales are where one of my main sales come from, Due to my dwindling finances I will have to very soon start thinking about setting my shops back up.

Glitterandgold my Hermes is fab for collecting from home address. Post office way to expensive another one I have used is collect plus. Good luck selling a lot of people buying online now so it’s a great time.

Glitterandgold Good alternative and although I have a relative in the Royal Mail, they don't need to know that I also think Hermes are a lot better for parcels... Good luck with the shops. I've seen a few on the high street shut down this week. Sad times.

Ann1984 Yeah 100%. I often read horror stories about Hermes but Iv honestly never had a single issue & I use them alot. The hermes guy who collects from us is an old work pal of my OH so that might help me

Dennab I think that would be nice especially because you’ll still be maintaining the distance and following the guidance! Ive heard people driving 100+ miles when they weren’t supposed to!!
