Omg so I had come home from work rk last night half hr into shift felt so poorly but my head feels like it's in vice with weights attached I suffer from migraine s but used to them and meds dinny touch it have be very careful as I have huge brain anyruism in my head but any1 fancy sharein any of the remedies or methods be uber grateful give owt ago now lol
Vapour rub vick is really good for headaches but you should really contact your local gp

Sit on the edge of the bath with your feet in very hot water then place a bag of frozen peas on the back of your neck. It is supposed to work very well, not sure how
Do not listen to any of the advice on here because nobody is qualified to be providing it. As it is Sunday - call 111 if your local GP is not available. I would say look at the 111 website first but that isn't going to help with a migraine. Local pharmacists are also able to help with a lot of conditions these days.

MY I also add that wasnt or isnt meant in any way disrespectfully my surgeon saved my life wich I'm very grateful to them lmao I'm just diffrent breed so I'm complex lol hehe 
If it was just the migraine I would say try and sleep it off in a dark room that's what I do but as you have other issues ill phone 111 see what they say
Yup main issue Leanne erm well me lol yup I do and wetting my forehead ty stings when tigar runs down me face into me eyes lol but TAKES pain from me head temps heheh so may have to use a flannel tyvm
