Where have my points gone i had over 400 yesterday

I obviously don't know Susan but have you looked at your list of points on dashboard, may have been deducted for some reason? Otherwise try refreshing browser.

When you reach certain landmarks.....5k 15k 35k etc you can claim a reward. I took mine in Amazon vouchers but I believe there is an alternative. If you click on your icon top right and then click dashboard it gives loads of info. A list of how to get points and also a record of the points you have accumulated. Click 'more about points' which is just above the large yellow rectangle showing your current percentage toward next reward. Hope this helps.
