Are the Points worth It?
Ask a Question
I’ve been at this for about a week now and struggling with the fact I’m only really earning 35p a day what’s the best tips guys to increase the account with Christmas could do with the extra pennies
It takes time really not going to happen over night I been on here since June and just short of getting my next voucher of 35
I think if you're purely on the site to get points and make money then no it's not one of the quickest. I'm so glad I found this site though as it has saved me a fortune with all the offers I've found on here (my best bargain was a couple of days ago, someone had kindly put a Polly Pocket toy retailing between £35 and £45 everywhere else, had been reduced to £12 on Amazon and I was lucky enough to be able to grab one). Also I admit I love the challenge of looking for offers to add on here myself. I'm sure you will be a fellow addict soon
Your profile shows that you only joined today so I am a little confused about your time frame of a week. Perhaps you've been sharing to the FB pages? Have you considered joining some of the survey sites as some of them are good payers.
clairebertlet even coming back to this thread and replying earns points. There are many of us that don't collect the maximum daily points but enjoy the chat.
angemski thank you Ive been on a few sites and found I was mint really earning anything for completing deals so I just wanted to see other people’s opinions on this site the same as other sites xx
angemski and no I have been on this a little while I’m not doing this thread as a punch to the company it’s was just to start a good thread and clearly it worked
I cashed out £5 just under 2 weeks from first joining, took me a couple of days to work out what I was doing. just one site won’t make ylou rich and I know it’s only 35p but it really doesnt take long to get your 400/450 points per day. Some survey sites i find you waste your time half way through and it tells you you don’t qualif. I find this site fun and Different to the other kinds of Apps I have.
I have just got my first voucher after just over 2 weeks. Definitely worth a **** in my opinion.
That is such good advice MeestairChrees. I love the whole site. Some great freebies, fun had hunting for bargains to put on here and the chats and debates with you lovely fellow bargain hunters, lol. And then to top it off vouchers on top, what's not to love, lol
yeah agree with some of the previous comments dont do it thinking you will earn real money I see it as a lovely bonus for putting in effort helping others like myself looking for deals to save cash. I have spent a fortune this year but I have stocked up on some awesome branded household and fashion items- I have enough Andrex to last 6 years! And the vouchers have topped up my christmas gift shopping so that I have managed to get items from brands like Ted Baker Adidas and North Face. Thanks Latest Deals
The points are there as a bonus for sharing the deals, vouchers etc and being social with others. If you are just doing it for the points then it is going to take time. It isn't a site just to get money on, if that is what you are looking for then you would be better on another site.
Its not really a site you can make quick money on because getting the points does take time and finding good deals isnt fast. However the amount of tips you can pick up in the chat sextion and the money you can save from vouchers and deals posted is great.
I think that it is really worth it i agree it takes a while for your points to add up but all my vouchers go towards buying birthday and xmas presents. If you comment quite a lot and also share lots of deals/vouchers and competitions your points quickly add up
I'm closing in on that second voucher and I've probably been adding for a few months now. I found it does add up quickly and I'm not on here constantly. Like a few other comments, I'm not doing it for the points (although that's a great incentive) but I've found an enjoyment for sharing and i think it's actually helped me become a more savvy shopper.
I don't have many points accumulated but not a problem as picked up some great deals on here.
I'm mainly here for the deals & only recently started to enjoy the chat here. I have gotten some good bargains & freebies through this site. I dont post every day & only post deals as I stumble upon them so I take longer to accumulate points, which is fine, as most posters have pointed out there just an added bonus.
Today you could have earned at least 400 points just by sharing comments and likes and a lot of bargains
im pleased with whay i receive i dont get to visit every day but i think the points are fair and for sharing with others you get free vouchers i relly like the idea everyone gets to share things and make friends and chat wish i had the time to visit this site everyday but due to buzy life i miss out on a lot
I see points as a great added bonus to the site and definitely encourage me to get involved more especially when I am coming close to the next voucher level.
My vouchers have arrived quickly and I have always been very happy.
If you are simply wanting to use the site to make extra money I don’t think it would be a particularly efficient use of your time clairebertlet
However if you looking to save money, the site has some great deals, if you enjoy finding and sharing deals anyway you will find the points do quickly accumulate over time with you noticing and you get the Amazon vouchers as a bonus.
I still share deals / write comments when I am not getting points. I can often find more than 3 days in a day. If I think it’s a good deal I will share it regardless of getting points or not.
Thanks for all your amazing answers. i genuinely have wasted a lot of time on various sites spending on deals etc and not really gaining anything so hearing what you guys say makes me want to stay and keep going so thank you all
Ive only just realised what the points are for,im a newbie to this, will take me a while im loving the deals though, and have saved a bit on some of them, thanks guys.
The points are a good bonus I’ve just claimed my second voucher but it’s the bargains and lots of money saving I’m really here for. If you find a good deal why not share it and let others take advantage
You can get 425 points a day with 3 deals 5 comments and 5 likes. It's not an overnight thing you have got to visit daily, but then its a win/win because you get deals and money
