I came across classes for Pranic healing courses. I wanted to know has anyone benefited from that course? How far is it effective for a beginner? It seems very costly. So I wanted to ask reviews.

I have never heard of ‘pranic’ healing, but I just googled it and realised it’s just one of the many terms used for a type of ‘healing’ that’s popular in eastern culture. I’ve practiced some form of it over a decade ago and it’s great to boost circulation and has meditative benefits, but whether it ‘heals’ is debatable

Pranic, ie, coming from Prana, is like many new age healing methods.

Learning t depends where you found the course.

There are places like the Centre of Excellence courses which I would NOT touch with a barge pole.

No actual background, no actual certification in any trade and a con to get your money.

If you do it, do it with a regulated body. Not a company that does more course than minutes in a year just to take money off you.

I will be very careful. Not in a hurry. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Only if I hear few positive reviews, I will move to next step about the course.
